ELV Operations Manager
Job Description
The ideal candidate will have the ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs.
- Manage the daily functions of the business
- Manage purchasing activities including monitoring stock levels and demand, and chasing suppliers on late orders
- Participate in the development, implementation, communication, coordination and enforcement of policies, processes, procedures, standards and guidelines
- Deal with escalations and resolve disputes
- Issue Maintenance Agreements, upkeep maintenance team and their schedule
- Ensure appropriate employees training, performance and development
- Supervise proper allocation of resources for team management to meet deadlines
- Issue quotations, certificates, and reports
- Client retention and maintaining customer service levels
- Any other duties as applicable
Preference is given to candidates who:
- have 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- are proficient in Microsoft 365
- possess experience in the electronics / electrical field
- own problem-solving and multitasking skills
- can work as part of a team
- are proficient in English
- are residing in Malta
- are Maltese speakers

ELV Field Technician
Job Description
The ideal candidate will be handling on-site customer call-outs by installing, servicing, maintaining and repairing ELV equipment.
- Wire and install ELV systems (such as Intruder Alarms, Fire Detection, DATA, CCTV Systems, etc)
- Commission and configure systems including their software and smartphone applications.
- Aid in the preventive maintenance of systems and issue test reports.
- Recommend improvements and upgrades to clients’ systems.
- Handover of systems to the client together with the relevant paperwork and reports.
- Meet quality standards for conduit, cable runs and installations.
- Integrate and communicate effectively with other trade staff and co-workers.
- Remain abreast of new technological developments & improve skills.
- Build positive relationships with customers.
Preference is given to candidates who:
- have a good understanding/experience in the ELV sector
- possess experience in the electronics / electrical field
- own problem-solving skills
- able to use basic hand tools
- can work as part of a team
- are proficient in English
- own a valid driving license
- are residing in Malta

ELV Maintenance Technician
Job Description
The ideal candidate will be locating and diagnosing malfunctions, inspecting and conducting repairs, together with general servicing of extra low voltage systems.
- Servicing ELV Systems such as such as Intruder Alarm, CCTV, Fire Detection, Access Control and Nurse Call Systems.
- Assessing system coverage in case of structural changes, determining whether modifications or extensions to the system/s are necessary.
- Troubleshooting: diagnosing malfunctions, determining solutions and conducting repairs.
- Replacing faulty devices.
- Re-programming of devices.
- Compiling and updating reports, plans and other related documentation.
- Any other duties as applicable
